What stands out about John is his depth in understanding of the Tampa Bay Real estate market, his responsiveness, and his willingness to change strategies to find the right property. When I was searching for the house it was a sellers market where properties listed were in contract within 3 to 5 days. Every decent home got at least 20 competing offers in 2 days. Seeing the frenzy, John came up with a different strategy, and voilà we found a home for the right price. - Amit PI worked with John in acquiring my first rental property. John is very investor friendly and is helpful in analyzing deals. One thing that is extremely important to me when working with a realtor is clear/quick communication. John returns email/texts/calls very quickly! I’ve worked with a couple of other realtors who take forever returning emails or texts and in this market, if you aren’t quick you will lose deals!! There were a lot of issues that came up with the property after it was under contract mostly title and minor repair issues so the closing took much longer than expected. John was great in negotiating repairs/credits as well as keeping a clear line of communication during all the delays from the seller side. I am also an out of state investor, so he utilizes high resolution cameras for walkthroughs and docusign for signatures, which is convenient I plan to buy more properties with John in the near future and I highly recommend him for anybody looking for a knowledgeabl...
